Character Design Blog Although this blog makes my Firefox browser go all crazy, it’s an interesting site to check out, with interviews with cartoonists and character desingers and tons of samples of their work.

There are some samples of A. Dave Lewis’s and mp Mann’s Lone and Level Sands posted via Newsarama here. I wrote the introduction for the original B&W edition. I’m not sure if that’ll make it into the new color version…but the pages sure look great.

Open Source – Blog Archive – The Dark Pages: An hour of radio dedicated to the graphic novel I haven’t listened to this all the way through, but I’m betting it’s worth downloading this mp3 interview with Charles Burns and Chris Ware, two of the absolute best cartoonists working today.
