I’m back…
I actually returned from the beach a few days ago, but I’ve been scrambling around since then trying to catch up with work. Here’s a general list of the things I accomplished over vactation:
- Nothing
More specifically, I consumed a lot of the following items:
- Soft shell crabs
- Pabst Blue Ribbon
- Comic Books
- Scotch and Soda
- Wine
- Grouper
- Shrimp

Among Us Hide…The Inhumans!
All the guest artists at this summer’s HeroesCon in Charlotte, NC have been asked to contribute some artwork to the convention’s program book and this year’s theme is the Fantastic Four. I’m not known for drawing a lot of super-heroes, much less pin-ups…but I do dig the old Stan Lee/Jack Kirby Fantastic Four so I decided to draw the Inhumans, a group of classic Kirby character designs from ’round about ’66. In order to get in the proper mental state to draw these classic Lee/Kirby I began with a little chant that goes something like this:
Among Us Hide…The Inhumans!
When Strike the Inhumans!
Whosoever Finds the Inhumans!
This Man…This Inhuman!
