I&#8217;m one of the &#8220;five industry artists&#8221; in A. Dave Lewis&#8217;s fascinating and ambitious &#8220;Chain World&#8221; project. The project is unlike pretty much anything I&#8217;ve seen attempted comics-wise, so rather than try to explain it here, please just go check out the Kickstarter page:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/adavidlewis\/chain-world-a-freeform-comic-book-experiment\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Chain World &#8211; A Free-Form Comic Book Experiment<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>(For those not in the know, Kickstarter is a service\/system by which private individuals can directly fund creative projects.)<\/p>\n<p>One of the &#8220;prizes&#8221; for backers is a hour-long online art lesson from me. I suggested basic perspective because that&#8217;s something I&#8217;ve taught a lot. I&#8217;m certainly willing, though, to do an hour-long lesson about pretty much anything a potential donor might be interested in&#8211;just contact me in advance.
