The “big dig” project here at the Crackhouse is just about wrapped up and we’re moving back into the downstairs of the place now. I haven’t posted any pics of the “big dig” downstairs renovation project, so here goes. Since last update crown molding has gone up, baseboard trim is up, doors have been hung (although some have since been removed), and painting is well underway. Well, it’s not technically Memorial Day yet, but it really doesn’t matter around the venerable Crackhouse since renovation work is going on unfettered. Today Dennis, the drywall finisher wrapped up the third pulling of the drywall mud, thus completing that end of things. Tomorrow the dried mud gets sanded, and on monday the painter comes …
